Join Community Resource Center’s 27th Annual Tea fundraiser to benefit our domestic violence program and all of our wraparound services that provide food, housing, counseling and legal advocacy to those who are experiencing hunger, homelessness and hurt in our community.

April 23, 2022
1:30 – 4:00 PM
Encinitas Community Center

“Beauty can flourish in challenging environments.”

Think about the purple ice plant we see growing in our gardens and at the beach, handling the heat of the sun all day long with only occasional watering. This plant is strong.

Hosting a virtual tea for the last two years was necessary ... and it was also challenging, because we missed the community and energy of being together in person. Now think about people who endured the last two years while also experiencing domestic violence, homelessness or hunger.

This year's Tea is more than a chance to experience community together again, it's an opportunity to be like water to a flower - nourishing resilience, hope and beauty for our neighbors in need by supporting CRC's programs that help people create paths to healthy food, stable homes and safe relationships.

The event will feature:

  • Silent auction - BID ONLINE NOW!
  • Raffle with great prizes
  • A delightful afternoon tea service
  • A short program featuring a presentation by Summer Stephan, San Diego County District Attorney

We hope you'll join us!

For the safety and comfort of everyone in attendance, we respectfully ask guests to present proof of full vaccination status or a negative test (within the previous 48 hours) to enter the Tea.
