Thank You for Supporting Community Resource Center
Community Resource Center (CRC)’s mission is to help our neighbors create paths to healthy food, stable homes and safe relationships. As a provider of integrative services, CRC’s programs include a food and nutrition distribution center, homelessness prevention and intervention services, and a domestic violence emergency shelter, hotline and prevention/education outreach, a Therapeutic Children’s Center, professional counseling and legal advocacy.
Last year, your generous support helped to:
Answer 2,790 calls on our 24-hour domestic violence hotline, provide 2,421 counseling sessions and provide 333 individuals with safe housing through our intervention programs, domestic violence shelter, and transitional units.
Distribute more than 612,000 pounds of rescued food through 11,958 visits to our Food & Nutrition Center.
Provide financial, housing and career resources to 458 people in 4,624 case management sessions.
Give 1,503 people food, blankets, and gifts during Holiday Baskets in December 2022, making it possible for them to have a lovely holiday without jeopardizing their ability to pay rent, utilities, or other critical expenses.
